Your agent works in Jotly. Customers write in from the widget in your product, and your agent's reply lands in the conversation they started.

Live chat
Customers message you from your product, and your agent replies in that same thread.
Feedback
Ideas and votes land on your board, even the ones asked for in chat.
Roadmap
Customers see what's planned without having to write in and ask.
Updates

Tools for your agent

The server has 82 tools, built on the same public API your own code can call. These are the jobs they cover.

Work the inbox
Read a conversation and the customer's history, reply, leave a private note, assign it or resolve it.
Log requests
Find the request that matches what a customer asked for, or post a new one on the right board.
Vote and comment
Add a customer's vote and reply on a request with a comment.
Move the roadmap
Change a request's status, and the roadmap and everyone who voted catch up.
Draft updates
Write an update, link the requests it closes and leave it as a draft or schedule it.
Know who's asking
Look up a customer and sync what your app knows about them.

Connected to the way you work

Slack and Discord notifications, signed webhooks, an MCP server for your coding agents, and imports from Canny, Nolt, ProductRoad or CSV.

Setup

Ready in minutes.

  1. 1

    Create a key

In Jotly, open Settings and then API. A key reaches your whole workspace, so give each agent its own and revoke any of them from the same page.

  2. 2

    Add the server

In Claude Code it's a single command. Any other client uses the same URL and the same key.

claude mcp add --transport http jotly https://jotly.si/api/v1/mcp \
      --header "Authorization: Bearer pk_live_YOUR_KEY"

Guides for Claude Code, Cursor and Codex.

  3. 3

    Ask for something

Try “What did customers ask for this week?”. Your agent reads the inbox and the board and tells you which requests are on top.

Want an agent that works on its own? See how to run it on a schedule so it works the inbox with nobody watching.
