Prioritize with data, not gut feeling

A board by status with the votes in plain sight. Drag a request and everything else moves with it.

Jotly's roadmap, with the mobile app request moving from Planned to In progress.
  • Status columns

Planned, In progress and Completed, visible to your team and your users.

  • Prioritize by votes

The most requested on top, with board filters and a trending badge.

  • Automatic notifications

The author, voters and followers get an email every time their request changes status.

  • Public roadmap with voting

Your users see what's next and vote right from the roadmap, in your portal or in the widget.

  • Notification emails

Every status change reaches whoever voted or commented.

  • Weekly digest

The week's most voted ideas, emailed to your users.

  • Internal notes

Comments only your team sees, right next to each request.

In your app

What's next, right inside your app

The widget has its own Roadmap page, so customers see what you're building, what's next and what just shipped without leaving your product.

Now, next, shipped
In progress comes first, then planned, then the latest releases.
Votes from the widget
Signed-in customers vote right from the list, and the count on your roadmap moves with them.
Shipped “for you”
When a request someone voted for ships, their list marks it “for you”.
The Jotly widget open on the right side of a customer's web app.

In progress

  • Dark mode

Late nights in Acme are hard on the eyes. A dark theme that follows the system setting would be perfect.

    Marcus Chen

  • Bulk edit tasks

Changing the assignee on twenty tasks one by one takes forever. Let me edit a whole selection at once.

    Hana Sato
    71
  • Task templates

We build the same kickoff checklist for every new client. Saving it once as a template would save us an hour each time.

Planned

  • Mobile app

The full web app on iPhone and Android, with notifications when something needs you.

    Alex Martin
    128
  • Export reports to CSV

Finance needs the month's numbers in a spreadsheet. Exporting any report in one click would save us an afternoon every month.

    Sofía Reyes
    58
  • Zapier integration

We'd love to send new tasks to the rest of our tools without writing a script. A new task trigger would cover almost everything.

    Tom Becker
    47
  • Custom fields on tasks

We track budget and client on every task. A couple of custom fields would replace the spreadsheet we keep next to Acme.

    Mia Laurent

  • Two-factor sign-in

Our security review asks for it every year. An authenticator app is all we need.

Roadmap

Drag a card and the roadmap updates

The board where you plan is the roadmap your customers see, so it never falls behind.

Fig. 1Acme's roadmap in the dashboard, with the mobile app on its way to In progress.

  1. 1PlannedA column for each status. Customers see what's planned, what's in progress and what's done.
  2. 2Mobile appDrag a request to another column to change its status.
  3. 3128The votes on each card, so you can see what customers want most.

Change the status and everyone hears

A request's status decides where it shows up on your roadmap. When you change it, the people who asked, your team and your other pages catch up.

The people who asked
Whoever posted the request and everyone who voted, commented or subscribed gets an email.
Your team
The change lands in the request's activity in the dashboard, so your team sees it too.
Your changelog page
Next to your updates, visitors see what's planned and in progress.
API and MCP
Change a status from your own scripts, or ask your AI agent to do it.
Inside your app
Put the full roadmap on a page in your product, beyond the widget.
Off until you're ready
Turn the roadmap off in settings and it disappears from your board and the widget.
