Widget

Shows up when it's needed and stays out of the way

The widget waits in your app as a single small button. When there's something for a customer, the button tells them, then goes quiet again.

Feedback

An idea in one sentence

Customers write what they want the way they'd say it. Jotly titles the post, files it on the right board and shows them any request that already matches.

Titled and filed
Jotly writes the title and picks the board, so the post arrives ready for your team.
Screenshots included
Customers attach images, paste them or capture their screen without leaving the widget.
A vote, not a duplicate
When the request already exists, it shows up under the draft with a button to vote.

Answers inside your app

Turn on Conversations and the widget adds a Messages page. Nova answers first and calls in your team when a person should take the case.

Sorry about that! Refunds are handled by the team, so I'm bringing in a person now.

Hi, Sara here. I've refunded the duplicate charge, and you'll see it back in a few business days.

Ready in minutes.

  1. 1

    It goes before the closing body tag, in index.html if your app is React. In Next.js, add both tags to your root layout with next/script. The button shows up in the bottom right corner.
    <script>
      window.Jotly = window.Jotly || function () { (Jotly.q = Jotly.q || []).push(arguments) };
      Jotly('init', 'YOUR_WORKSPACE');
    </script>

    });
