The tools you use every day

Chat and email, one inbox.

Forward your support address and email lands right next to chat.

Every language, live.

Read your customers in your language. They get the reply in theirs.

Just say it.

Say your reply out loud and it comes out as clean text.

Remind me in two days.

Type /remind in a reply and get a nudge when it's time to follow up.

Handoffs come with notes.

When Nova brings in your team, it leaves a private note so nobody asks the customer the same thing twice.

Files, back and forth.

Customers send screenshots and files. You reply with yours.

Set your hours, keep no one waiting

Customers see when your team is around and how soon to expect a reply, so nobody waits on a promise you never made.

A green dot that means it
Only shows when someone on your team is online or within their hours.
Everyone's own hours
Each teammate sets their week in their own time zone.
A real response time
Shows how fast you usually reply, measured from your replies, or set it yourself.
A single away notice
If a conversation waits on your team after hours, the customer gets a single note that you've been notified.
Replies that find them
Gone by the time you answer? Your reply reaches them by email and they can answer from there.
Ask who they are
Ask visitors for a name or email, optional or required. Signed-in customers skip it.

Connected to the way you work

Slack and Discord notifications, signed webhooks, an MCP server for your coding agents, and imports from Canny, Nolt, ProductRoad or CSV.
